Troubleshooting – C1 Pro Max Rock Tumbler

6 | Barrel does not rotate | i. Remove the barrel and turn on the machine. a. Check if you can hear the motor running. If not, that means the motor has reached the end of its lifespan or is damaged; please contact our customer service to replace the motor. b. If you can hear the sound of the motor running, check if the belt is properly installed on both the small and large drive pulleys, and check if the pulleys are missing or damaged. c. If the large and small belt drive pulleys are intact, manually rotate them to check for any noticeable resistance that makes rotation difficult. If there is resistance, please record a video and contact our customer service for assistance. ii. If everything above is fine, place the barrel back on, turn on the machine, check if you can hear the sound of the belt rubbing against the pulley; if so, replace the belt. iii. Rotate the two rollers to see if there is any noticeable resistance; if there is, please contact our customer service for assistance. iv. Spray or apply the lubricant on the inner surface of the belt (the side that contacts the pulley) to reduce friction. Make sure not to overapply, as excessive lubricant can affect the belt's normal operation. 4. Rotate the Belt: Manually rotate the belt a few times to allow the lubricant to evenly distribute across the entire surface. 5. Check for Smooth Operation: After lubrication, observe whether the belt runs smoothly and without unusual noises. 6. Regular Maintenance: Periodically check and lubricate the belt based on usage to ensure its long-term proper functioning. |
